We seek a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Raleigh, NC.

Compensation:

The salary range for a full-time position is $71,700 to $107,600 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Clear and active LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT for independent practice in North Carolina
• Can commute to the location in person at least three days each week
• At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Must be comfortable using computers - excel, outlook, Athena RMS
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals
